热敏灸养生保健方法

一、保健对象
I. health care objects
1、长期伏案工作或面对电脑工作时间较长,颈椎易劳损的人群;

2、经常有颈部不适感的人群。

二、自我判断:

颈、项、肩酸紧痛,活动受限,肩背部沉重,局部肌肉僵硬,上肢乏力。

三、保健方法:
Three, health care methods:
敏穴位探查:对穴位热敏高发部位颈夹脊压痛点、肩井穴痛点等穴区进行穴位热敏探查,标记热敏穴位。
Sensitive point exploration: Exploration on heat sensitive acupoints of heat sensitive acupoints of high incidence area of Cervical Jiaji point tenderness, pain points Jianjing acupoints, acupoints thermal marker.
保健操作:

1、颈夹脊压痛点单点温和灸,自觉热感透向深部并向四周扩散或自觉项背部有紧、压、酸、胀、痛感,灸至热敏灸感消失;

2、肩井穴压痛点单点温和灸,自觉热感透向深部或自觉肩部有紧、压、酸、胀、痛感,或向上肢传导,灸至热敏灸感消失;
2, Jianjing point tenderness point single point moxibustion, thermal penetration to the deep consciousness or consciously shoulder tension, pressure, acid, swelling, pain, or upper limb conduction, heat sensitive moxibustion moxibustion to disappear;
选取上述穴位,每2天1次,共10次,以后每月保健灸4次。
