1、施灸体位的选择
1. Selection of Moxibustion Posture
灸肢体:正坐为主;
Moxibustion limbs: sitting mainly;
灸胸腹部:仰卧位;
Moxibustion on chest and abdomen: supine position;
灸背腰部:俯卧位。
Moxibustion on back and waist: prone position.
要点:体位须摆放平直,肌肉放松,让准备施灸的穴位暴露而出,既防烫伤,亦增加疗效。

正常情况是由阳气足的部位流向阳气弱的部位。
