一、艾灸的优点及运用准则

艾灸的优点:
Advantages of moxibustion:
1、调和阴阳。人体阴阳的平衡是疾病发作和发展的根本。运用艾灸疗法的补泻作用,到达调和阴阳之成效。

1、艾绒质量

选择质量好的艾绒。劣质艾绒,生硬不团聚,焚烧时火力暴躁,易使患者感觉灼痛,甚至熏烤时石粒脱落,灼伤皮肤。

环境应保持通风,防止艾烟过浓,损伤人体。呼吸系统疾病患者,特别是哮喘病人慎用艾灸。

3、施灸部位

施灸的部位,妊娠期妇女的腹部及腰骶部不宜施灸;面子五官、阴部、有大血管散布的部位不宜直接灸;头部、胸部、四肢末端皮薄而多筋骨处不可多灸。

4、防止烫伤

施灸时应及时调整灸火与皮肤间的间隔。有些患者局部寒气大,初灸时,对艾火的忍耐力强,常常不知不觉将艾火接近皮肤,成果将皮肤灼痛。实际上,以灸至皮肤发红为度,每次灸10—15分钟为宜。
When applying moxibustion, the interval between moxibustion fire and skin should be adjusted in time. Some patients suffer from severe local cold and have strong tolerance to moxibustion fire. They often approach the moxibustion fire to the skin unconsciously, resulting in burning and pain of the skin. 体质壮、病况轻、病程短者,灸治1—2次即可;体质差、病况重、病程长者,可灸数月甚至1年以上。初灸时,每日1次;长时间灸治者,3次后改为2—3天1次。
